No, there are no download limits. Your shared files can be downloaded as many times as you want, by as many people as you want. We will notify you when someone downloads the file. The only restriction is, the files are no longer available after 7 days.
You can upload as many files and folders as you want per transfer session for free. The total transfer size can not exceed 5 GB. You get 2 upload sessions in 24 hours.
All our paid plans permit you unlimited upload sessions, and you can upload large files of any size.
On our Pro plan the maximum file size can be 250 GB. With our business plan, there is no file size limit.
We have no restrictions about the type of file, so you can upload any type. From large video files in raw formats, uncompressed image files, to application specific native formats, we've got you covered. What we don’t permit are any files that contravene our Terms Of Use.
Uploading via a browser is TCP-based, which can be slower than you would like. It uses only a fraction of your speed. Traffic conditions and other users sharing the connection can also decrease transfer speed.
To get faster transfer speeds, we recommend you use our UDP based desktop apps. It’s blistering fast.
