How To Send Files

Send Files In Just 3 Easy Steps

Start the Android file transfer app and select New. Enter your email address, the intended recipient’s email address, a subject, and an optional message.

Select Add Files. Go to the files you want to send, and attach them by highlighting one or more files. You can also select folders if you want to.

Once you have attached the required files, press on the blue paper plane icon in the top right corner. Select if you want to share files for 1 day or 1 week, then click on Send.

How To Receive Files

Your Recipients Don't Need To Install The App

When files have been uploaded to Filemail’s cloud, an email is sent to the intended recipients of the files. The email will share information about the files, and a shareable download link to get the files.

The link in the email will take them to your download page. On this page, there will be thumbnail previews of your files. The recipient just clicks on the Download Files button to start the download process.

Your files will be downloaded to the recipient’s device. Once saved locally, the recipient can access the contents of the file without any loss in quality from the original version.

It’s easy to transfer files from Android to users of a different platform using Filemail. The process doesn’t change no matter the device or platform you use. Just install the Filemail Android file transfer app, start it, put in your email address, select the files you want to share, then click on Send. Your files will be stored in our Cloud, and the intended recipients will get an email with a link to download your files. All they have to do is click on Download to save the files to their device.

Filemail is not just an Android file transfer app. We are cross-platform covering all the major platforms. This means that you can use any platform to share with any other platform. In terms of Android, we can offer the following transferring capabilities:
